Refund & Exchange policy

When choosing a Soirée Design, we request that you please choose carefully and ensure the correct size by using the provided size charts.

Soirée Designs will not accept any refund or exchange of any purchased items except upon receivership of damaged goods.

Any damaged items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All returns must be made within seven working days.

You must post your purchase to the address below. Please include the receipt with your goods and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited by way of cheque.

Should stock no longer be available to exchange, a refund will be made crediting you by cheque.
